Please read these terms before using the Sacrée Victoire online store. The store is operated by Selena Invest d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia.

Website content and intellectual property

The content of this website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view, print or download website content for personal, non-commercial information, retaining any ownership notices. You may not modify, distribute or use it commercially without permission.

Information provided when placing an order or contacting us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read that policy for information about personal data and cookies.

Products and orders

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. If a product is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you by email.

Select your items, size and available colour, review your cart, and enter your contact and delivery details at checkout. Review the final total before confirming your order.

Prices, currency and payment

Payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD). EUR prices are displayed for information. Your card issuer may use its own exchange rate and apply fees if your card uses another currency.

Orders are paid online through the RaiAccept payment gateway. Available payment options are shown on its secure payment page. Cash on delivery is not available. See our Payments page for details.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Serbia. Pošta Srbije handles domestic delivery; DHL Express handles supported international destinations.

• EU orders up to and including EUR 300: delivery EUR 20; orders over EUR 300: free delivery.
• Other supported international destinations, orders up to and including EUR 500: the destination DHL charge displayed at checkout; orders over EUR 500: free delivery.

The applicable delivery charge and final RSD total are shown at checkout. Russia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait are included; China and Japan are not currently supported.

For deliveries outside Serbia, the recipient pays customs duties, local taxes and any import VAT under the destination country’s rules. These charges are not included in the order total or in free delivery. For more information, see Shipping & Returns.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. For standard returns, products must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with original labels and tags unchanged and attached.

Contact info@sacreevictoire.com before returning items. The return delivery address is Selena Invest d.o.o. / Sacrée Victoire, Južni bulevar 23, Belgrade, Serbia. The customer covers return delivery costs.

Refunds for eligible returned items are issued within 5 business days after receipt, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Payment-provider processing may take additional time.
