Shipping & Returns

Delivery from Serbia

Orders are dispatched from Serbia. Domestic orders are delivered by Pošta Srbije at the delivery charge shown at checkout. International orders are delivered by DHL Express to supported destinations.

International delivery charges

• European Union orders up to and including EUR 300: delivery EUR 20.
• European Union orders over EUR 300: free delivery.
• Other supported international destinations, orders up to and including EUR 500: the DHL delivery charge for the destination is shown at checkout.
• Other supported international destinations, orders over EUR 500: free delivery.

Orders are charged in RSD. EUR amounts are shown for information; the applicable delivery charge and final total are displayed at checkout.

Supported destinations

Russia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait are included. China and Japan are not currently supported. Select your destination at checkout to see available delivery options.

Customs, taxes and import VAT

For deliveries outside Serbia, the recipient pays customs duties, local taxes and any import VAT required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or in free delivery.

Payment and assistance

Returns and refunds

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting info@sacreevictoire.com. Standard returns must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with labels and tags unchanged and attached.

Approved returns are sent to Selena Invest d.o.o. / Sacrée Victoire, Južni bulevar 23, Belgrade, Serbia. The customer covers return delivery costs. Refunds for eligible returned items are issued within 5 business days after receipt, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
