Orders are paid online through RaiAccept. Available payment options are displayed on the payment page. Cash on delivery is not available.
Orders are charged in Serbian dinars (RSD). EUR prices are informational. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
Orders ship from Serbia. Domestic delivery uses Pošta Srbije; supported international destinations use DHL Express. Russia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait are included. China and Japan are not currently supported.
EU orders up to and including EUR 300 have EUR 20 delivery; EU orders over EUR 300 have free delivery. Other supported international orders up to and including EUR 500 use the destination DHL charge displayed at checkout; orders over EUR 500 have free delivery. Domestic delivery charges are shown at checkout.
No. For deliveries outside Serbia, the recipient pays customs duties, local taxes and any import VAT under the destination country’s rules. These charges are not included in the order total or in free delivery.
Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@sacreevictoire.com. Standard returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with labels and tags unchanged and attached. Approved returns go to Južni bulevar 23, Belgrade, Serbia. The customer pays return delivery. Refunds for eligible items are issued within 5 business days after receipt, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
