• No Card Data Stored: At no point is your complete payment card information available to our system or stored on Sacrée Victoire servers.

Currency Conversion Statement

Please note: This is a mandatory legal requirement for all businesses operating via the Serbian banking system.

Although our exclusive collections and signature pieces may be displayed in Euros (€) on the website, all payments will be effected in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD).

The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euros into Serbian Dinars according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Refunds and Returns (Card Payments)

Every woman deserves premium treatment, and we ensure that our return process is just as seamless as your purchase.

In the case of a return of goods and a refund of funds to a customer who has previously paid using one of the payment cards (partially or in full), regardless of the reason for the return, Sacrée Victoire is legally obligated to execute the refund exclusively via the original payment method. This means that, upon our request, Raiffeisen banka will process the refund directly back to the cardholder’s account.
